At Exim Elite, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction across all our digital services, including trade data tools, website development, marketing, and consultation. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.

1. Service-Based Subscriptions (e.g., Data Dashboard Access)
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will stop future payments.

No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refund
Due to the nature of digital access and downloadable data, we do not offer refunds once access to the system or data has been granted.

We recommend starting with a free trial or demo before subscribing.

2. Custom Services (e.g., Website Development, Marketing, Consultation)
Cancellation
Custom services can be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the work has not commenced.

If work has already started, a cancellation fee may apply based on work completed.

Refund
If canceled within 24 hours and work has not begun, a full refund will be issued.

For partial work completed, a pro-rata refund may be issued after deducting service and labor costs.

No refunds will be provided for fully delivered services or completed digital assets.

3. Training or Consultation Sessions
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for full rescheduling or refund.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
